- What does the “Loot” button do? -Players above Lv.18 are able to activate the feature at the top right corner clearing the map. But remember, you have to complete the hard difficulty of the last stage in the map to get it in full swing. It’s a cost-efficient way to farm your resources.
- Will the game be censored or uncensored? - The characters will be as original as possible unless there are specific requirements according to government’s laws, regulations or guidelines from the stores. The game is currently uncensored.
- Can progress be transferred between the JP/CN/KR servers and the English server? - Progress is independent in each server and not transferable.
- Can I change my username after setting it during the initial tutorial? - Yes, but it will cost you 198 gems. Also remember that usernames must also be unique, so if you reroll the game (which you shouldn't do anyway), you will lock anyone else, including yourself, out of using that name.
- What is an UID and where can I find it? - UID is an unique string of numbers that can be found right beside your avatar.
- Will my in-game progress get lost after I delete the game and reinstall? -Rest assured that your in-game progress is well-stored and updated with your account in our system. You can always proceed to play whenever you log in to the game with your account. Contact us at [email protected] when you think your progress or items are lost.
- I lost my account because I forgot to bind the account. - Please email us at [email protected] so we can check status of your account and provide you with further instructions on how to restore it.
- I bought gems/lucky bag/parts/etc but didn't get them. - Please check your hangar as some rewards can be distributed that way. If it's not there, please email us at [email protected] and provide following information:
-Your UID;
-In game name;
-Proof of purchase such as a screenshot of the receipt and the Transaction ID;
-What item you bought & the monetary value in USD;
-What platform you play on (iOS or Android)
- Where can I check the game notice for latest updates? - Tap the second icon on the left side in main page and you can check the notice
- I already used 1800 gems to recruit 10 pilots. I got only 2 pilots with other items. Why didn’t all of 10 pilots come out?
You can tap ‘Pilot List’ to see the rate of each pilot together with Reward rate. Please notice that 10x recruitment do not assure 10 pilots.
- How can I tell from UID, IGN, username, rolename and account name? IGN = Username = Rolename. You can find your account UID and IGN on Character Info page where by paying 198 diamonds you can also get your IGN “renamed”. Account name is the one with which you log into your account.
- Where can I find the pilot’s skins I bought from the shop? Tap Hangar → Item and find “Skin Locker” which houses all the skins you bought from the store. Dress up your pilots and let them stay by your side.
- I got banned when I was trying my 10th reroll. -Please DM Iron Saga staff with your account name or UID and we will unban your IP.
- Where can I report bugs or share feedback/suggestions about the game? -
